In Physical Education class we will cover basketball, soccer, volleyball, football, as well as other sports and game activities. In month of September we will focus on Fitness, how do we define "Good Fitness"? The 4th through 8th will choose a fitness goal(s) that they will track for the year and participate in a fitness test consisting of push-ups, sit-ups and a 50 yard dash. PreKindergarten through 3rd grade will also participate in a 50 yard dash.
